Hi APUG!
I've been into photography for about 4 years now, using a DSLR. It wasn't until 6 months ago that I found almost accidentally a beautiful rangefinder: the Yashica Minister D. 10 rolls of film after, I can certainly say that it has given a new life to my photography. Just a few weeks ago I bought a Zenit TTL for really cheap in a flea market. These two fun cameras are my daily companions, and either one of them goes with me all the time. Now, I want to share my recently discovered passion with everyone, and try and learn as much as I can.
I mainly shoot street photography and candid portraits of me and my friends. I think thats all for now.

Cheers

Welcome to APUG from another recent-joiner, living in Winnipeg.

Welcome! I also joined not long ago.

What lens do you use with your Zenit? I own a Zenit E which I shoot occasionally with Helios 44-2 and although it should be coated, it is hardly flare resistant. But I like the look especially for portraits.

Sorry. I do not have a Zenit. Shooting film with a Mamiya 645 1000S and a Nikon FE.

Warm welcome, Silver. I think you'll enjoy it here. 'Good attitudes, great help.
'Will be good to see some of your work.

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome!

I am using the classic Helios 44M that came with it. A heavy but nice little lens, especially for the price.
