I've long used digital cameras for travel, street & landscape. For a while I shot with Leica due to some lucky purchases just before they (finally) released their digital line. I really loved the 35mm Summicron on my M7, and probably should have kept it.... I still have an M4 with a 50m Summicro, but my strong preference for my point of view is a 35mm lens. Walking around with the 50mm, I keep finding myself too close to my subject.

Speaking of the 35mm perspective: Nine months ago I took the plunge and bought a Bessa II - the one with the "mid-range" Color Heliar lens. Price was good; sent it in for CLA. I have taken some Winter B&W images that I like immensely. I Call the attached image "The Council Tree". It is a grand, old cottonwood along the banks of the Poudre River in Northern Colorado. Historically, the native Americans were said to meet at a (different) council tree within a mile of this location.

The 6x9 negative is huge. On Tri-X this photo prints extremely well - almost as nice as my Sony Digital camera. I have to work a bit to get the Sony digital files to have similar tonality to this shot.
