I've been visiting this site off & on for awhile & believe it's the site to be part of...decided to dust off the darkroom equipment & continue where I left off a few years back. Started attending a local photo guild group recently. When asked to introduce myself, followed by what equipment is was using, I said, "I shoot various film formats". The room was silent...save for what sounded like a snicker...I'm the only one of sixty+ members shooting film...time to move on. Michael

Welcome to APUG Michael.

You may want to give the club a little more time. The relatively large club I belong to is predominantly digital, but there is enough emphasis on photographs (including prints) as compared to gear to make it enjoyable for me.

In the meantime, hope you enjoy it here.

Thanks all for the welcome. Yes, yes it is all about the excitement, satisfaction of producing images that have an effect on you & others...I'll continue with the photo guild...for awhile anyway.
