Hi!
This community has been so valuable to me. I have been a lurker for a while before finally deciding to join.
20 years ago someone gifted me my first Nikon film SLR (F601!) and I have been on a journey since. In January this year, I got back into film (after a decade of digital), and I am getting to learn and experiment in ways that I wasn't able to, at the time.
I've created my photo blog here in which I try to share photos *as well as* stories. I'm learning new skills (I have been developing black and white, and color film, and also scanning and darkroom printing). I'm fortunate to live in San Francisco where there are so many film photography resources.
I'd love to participate in this community more actively. All of you have so much valuable information and passion, it really helped me out many times.
