Hello Folks !

Ive registered my account a while ago... but totally forgot to look back at the forum. Yes shame on me.
Well im from the Netherlands and 28 years old. About 1,5 year ago ive started analog photography when i bumped upon the Lomo stuff.
With some research i started with a XA2 then Canon AE-1 , Olympus OM-2n , FED 5v , Nishika 3D and many more.. and yes got addicted. Only 35mm sofar but who knows im going to get a 120mm film camera
Since couple months ago i decided to try develop Black and white for my self and worked out pretty well. And couple weeks ago
ive give developing color a try. And even that worked out.

I'm also a regular on a dutch analog photo forum but i hope to be as active here too

Welcome!
I guess with that name you chose we can expect quite some advise on optical matters from you...

Welcome on Apug!.

Greeting from Holland,
Jobbie.

Welcome! Hope you're putting all those cameras to good use!

An Olympus was my first film camera (OM10, $35 for a nice kit at a church thrift store; I know, rather expensive for a thrift store). The was Nishika N8000 was one of my first film cameras as well. Found it for $15 at a Humane Society thrift shop. Yeah, thrift shops that price things higher than a few dollars.

Off-topic: the same shop I found the Nishika N8000 at has a Minoltina AL-S (fungus, meter is in-op, lots and lots of dust) for around $50... don't know why.

Yeah. second hand shops know now a days that old camera's are hip again. Which is a shame :/

Hallo! Welkom to APUG. My roommate when I studied in China back in the late 90's was a Dutch guy! He was importing lily bulbs. We're still good friends. Hope you like it here and hang out.
