I am a 74 yo recently retired physician who has had a chemical darkroom for 44 years. I have worked in all formats from 35mm to 8x10, Recently moved to Maine and have decided to work primarily in 4x5 using press cameras, especially the very underrated Busch Pressman D.

I am also interested in compounding film development formulae, and in that regard wonder if anyone out there has some idea of the equivalency of a commercially available liquid NaOH drain opener with crystalline NaOH?
