Helios 44M set front element for infinity

Well I made a mistake when I was cleaning the blades and I didn't know there was an internal set ring for the front lens group. I don't have infinity focus when I look through the zenit TTL it came with. Can anyone point me in a direction to re set this. I can go through some trial and error but there is a lot of room for error.


I have seen a few videos but have yet to find one about setting the lens group. Just ones that talk about making and reassembling the helical after re greasing. I did not take that apart on mine
