although soe would like to beat me up, i have to ask for this(if there´s something wrong with my englsh, i´m very sorry, but i´m not from an english speaking country):

i´m looking for a way to make heliogravures without using gelatinebut some other stuff having similar qualities. does anybody have an idea?

KM-73 acrylic polymer plates or Solarplate acrylic polymer plates work very well for this process. Once mastered, it takes a loupe and a lot of time to tell the difference.
