Have you seen a beaten and worn out Rolleiflex T?

I would rather bid to win and CLA this but look how it has taken the beating of everyday perhaps by a pro (newpaper etc.,) or a casual user...everything on the surface is nearly worn out.

It's turned greenish because of dirt, grease and maybe things living on it. It's supposed to be grey. If it is in a similar condition inside, the CLA will be expensive. But it's up to you if you think it's worth rhe risk.

Interesting camera. I'm surprised the inside looks so clean, which may not indicate too much use?

It just looks dirty. You can see patches of grime on the skin and some paint has been scuffed off. If the shutter works, it's probably fine. The lens looks like it's just dirty on the surface.

Remember, however, that on Ebay, the word "untested" usually means "broken".

I remember in Rolleiflex T, the values of aperture and shutter are transferred through a belt to the indicator window. Though it is intentionally designed but this is one of weakness of T and replacing them during CLA could be little more expensive.

I wouldn’t have bid for it even for parts…
To keep it as a specimen I would but 85 is too much and the internals of the camera, who know it may need to change all the gearwheels...

If you purchase such a camera, you should plan on having a CLA done on it.
