Have you ever seen this "OTRA" LTM/M39 35mm f3.5 Japanese lens before?

Is this really just a rebadged Sankyo Kohki, also known as W.Acall, Komura, W.Telesar, W.A. Astra, Force and other names, or is this something else? Very high quality manufacturing.
