Is this really just a rebadged Sankyo Kohki, also known as W.Acall, Komura, W.Telesar, W.A. Astra, Force and other names, or is this something else? Very high quality manufacturing.

I think that is a rebadged Komura as you suspect.
 
"otra" in Spanish means "other", by the way.
