I agree,
no worries and they offer money back guarantee on a lot of the stuff.

I've had email correspondence and they are prompt.
I mostly go through the auction site as the main website is a bit disconcerting.

I have done business with them a few times and I am probably one of a handful of people that had a problem with them, and to me it wasn't a big deal. I ordered 50 rolls of 100 speed slide film from them and they sent me 50 rolls of 400 speed, I got in touch with them and they made it right for me.

I have bought almost 200 rolls of film from them and I can not complain about the film, or the service. They are my favorite source for slide film because they sell it for a more than reasonable price.

I too have bought from these guys - 5 cans of APX100 (most of) which are now happily sitting in the freezer.
Prompt replies to enquiries, *excellent* shipping rates to AU, and great service that impressed me no end.

They send me updates (I originally bought from them off E***), which keep me interested, although I happily gloss over all the Lomo and Diana stuff that's been coming through of late.
