Hauck/Kaiser trialux - filtration?

I want to start using my trialux for multi-spot measurement.
When doing measurements with the trialux, should I do it with the filters of the colourhead dialed in or not? When calibrating, should that be done at a certain filtration? Or without the filters?

I guess the real question is if the trialux is sensitive to the colour of the light (depending on the filter used) ?
