Selling my chrome Super Wide, with matching C12 back. The camera was purchased from Kamerastore in Finland - they had completely overhauled it - shutter serviced, lens cleaned, gearing cleaned and lubed (both camera and back), new light seals where applicable. One of the “upgrades” is that the shutter ring is from a black donor lens - I find it visually pleasing, and you immediately know which ring is which. Overall, the camera functions perfectly, with smooth focus, accurate shutter, smooth winding and even frame spacing.
Cosmetically, the camera has seen some things and has lived a full life - there are noticeable surface marks one the body, but no dents or chips. The lens is great, both cosmetically and functionally. The tripod foot has been shortened to accommodate a digital back, if you so choose. I believe this was commonly done back in the day to accommodate a polaroid back. The viewfinder is clean and clear, the bubble level is functional, and the leatherette has been renewed. Overall, the camera looks better in really life compared to the images here, where I’ve tried to show all the “warts”.
Camera will come with aforementioned C12 back, original lens cover, viewfinder, aftermarket leather strap, and several Series VIII filters - a Tiffen yellow, a Bronica branded orange, a Hoya skylight and a Hoya 81A color correction (great for using Ektachrome 100, for example).
A great little kit. A legendary camera. I’ll include a pro-pack of Portra 160, expired 2019 but cold stored, to get you going.
Asking $1650, or reasonable offer, net to me (you pay any payment fees) and I will cover shipping and insurance in CONUS. USA sales only please.
