Hasselblad Question

I am considering a bargain Hasselblad at a local second had shop. The guy admits to no knowledge of the product.

My question:

Does a 500CM body have mirror lock up?

Hasselblad calls it a pre-release, which flips the mirror up, closes the shutter and opens the shield at the rear of the body. So that when you trip the shutter all that stuff isn't moving. But the mirror come back down when you advance the film.
