Yes it does. But you will need the Acute-matte focusing screen since the metering is calibrated for the brighter screens.

I got the HC4 - it's relatively simple, but has built-in adjustable diopters. No meter, but that's ok by me. I have a 500 c/m. I really love the right-angle aspect. It's made shooting waterfalls from a tripod much easier!

For a cheap solution look at the RUssian knockoffs the keives. I think that is how you spell it.
