Hi all,

I know they are not the same, but would it be possible to adapt a PM45 viewfinder correction lens to a waistfinder? The reason is that I have found a +2 lens for the PM45 and those for the waistfinders are very difficult to get.

Thanks in advance

I suppose it is possible but I'm not sure of then diameters matching but the cost will be high to be done properly I suspect.
There is a +2 WLF diopter on UK e-bay at the moment and it seems the cost is reflecting the rarity I'm afraid.

The popup magnifier for the Hasselblad waist level finder is4.5x. The +2 diopter interchangeable focusing hood correction magnifier is #42390. There is also a magnifying hood #52096 that has an adjustable eyepiece from -2.5 to +3.5 diopter. It might be easier to find and more practical to have.
