Hasselblad Meter Prism Issue

I have a 52051 meter prism that is very responsive, but the needle will stick at a certain point.... If I tap the prism lightly it will move like its gummed up..... Anyone have this problem? Easy Fix?

They are cheap to replace. If it were mine I would take it apart and see if I could fix it. If I mess it up no big deal.

Could be several things(doh!)
A bit of dirt in the coil or pivot, a bit of stuff/fuzz that would hang the needle up.
When you say the needle will move like it's gummed up, do you mean It's slow to respond?
If that's the case, because the needle's mounted in bearings like a fine watch
there's a possibility of dirt on or near the pivot. None are insurmountable but
they need a delicate touch.
