Hasselblad lens shutter problem

I just developed film I recently shot on my Hasselblad. Some film did not have images. I tested the shutters on my three lenses and results are.

80mm Planar shutter did not fire at all. 150mm Sonnar fired but shutter fired at same speed no matter which setting I chose. The 50mm Distagon fired correctly at all speeds.

Can anyone tell me if the shutters can be fixed/repaired? Does repairing shutters cost more than replacing the lenses?

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you,

Jim

They can probably be repaired, but if they are C lenses it may depend on what exactly is wrong, as new parts are not available.
As for cost, a CLA will probably run about the same as a working, but otherwise random condition replacement. But probably less than a newer lens in good or excellent condition (assuming these are C series lenses).

I would probably go for the repair, or at least an evaluation from a repair shop.

Hope that helps.
(I guess you'll be doing a lot of wide angle shots for a while )

It cost me $200 Canadian to fix the shutter on my Distagon. The 80 and 150mm lenses are generally cheaper to replace, but if they're in otherwise good shape I'd try to just get them fixed instead.
