Hi guys,
I did it!
I followed the instruction here and the lens came out nicely, cock the camera and lens again and now everything is working like before

Thanks APUGUser19 very much for your attention, I appreciate it. It turns out you can mount a Hasselblad lens without the body cocked. But please dont try!
Sorry Sirius Glass, I know you're well intentioned however every time I ask for help you tell me to go to a technician, I feel that's not the spirit of the forum.
All the best everybody.

Good info to have known. I've had 3 Hasselblads and every single one jammed; sold them all. Now I want at least one back.
