Why not use a Bay 60 -> Series Vlll adapter or Bay 60 ->X threaded size? Bay 60 to a thread size works as long as the filter is larger than the front element.
A retaining ring for Series Vlll is 67mm but a different pitch so the fiter won't totally thread in. The Vlll filter is slightly smaller than the adapter/retaining ring.

Since I could not find the Red 23, Red 29, and 720 filters in B60 made by Hasselblad, Heliopan, or B+W or even Tiffen, I bought a B60 to 67mm filter adapter and the Red 23, Red 29, and 720 filters in 67mm for shooting IR film.

I guess it depends on the hood you're using, but if it's a Hasselblad one, then yes, the adapter allows a 67mm screw filter to fit the B60 internal filter bayonet of the lens.
The hoods use the external bayonet, so you should be able to use both at the same time.
I'd be very careful about using the filter adapters on an SWC. The 38mm Biogon field of view is much wider than say the 50mm Distagon and i've seen vignetting with the 50mm and two 67mm filters, so a 62mm filter would be too small for the 50mm, let alone the 38mm on the SWC.
