500CM body
80mm C Lens, chrome, front cap
A12 back, late style (not the very last, but nearly), really clean, with matching number insert
Acute Matte D focusing screen, the last and best version (going for increasingly big bucks separately on the 'bay)
Waist Level Finder, late style, easy folding up/down, built-in magnifier
Rapid-wind folding crank
The whole kit is in excellent condition. The lens barrel has a few very small marks. The film back has a couple of very light scuffs at the lower corners of the chrome trim.
Works great. Looks great.
