Can you post a photo of the insert, with the film spooled as you would, before the initial winding? Plus the sides of the camera and back, showing the little windows? Or a movie even. This situation has my curiosity.

I was confused on the film loading too on my first blad. The manual didn't do it for me, but I agree, the videos will work. It seemed to me sorta counter intuitive the way that it went, but hey, it's a blad! Once you get it, it's easier after that. Beautiful pieces of craftsmanship, but I never got on w/ one on the street. More of a tripod camera. Folks on the street always thought it was a video camera!!!, until you tripped the shutter that is :]

@Xmas
No, everything seems to fit nicely to its place, no unnecessary movement or anything...

@all

I will go today to a service shop because this is getting me really nervous... Will report back with the resolved problem.

Okay try this:
Put in darkslide, remove the back
Take off lens
Wind body
Make sure the lens is cocked (line slot with dot)

Open magazine, take out insert and turn the little key back to the normal (lock) position (this makes sure that the little pressure plate latch is up)
Empty roll goes on the side with the knob, film goes in the other
Pull film paper so the back side is out, underneath the latch, around to the take up
Turn knob, line up arrows
Put insert into magazine, lock it up, crank the winder on the magazine til you see "1" (you won't need to use it again until after all 12 exposures)

Mount magazine, remove dark side, fire shutter
Wind using knob on camera
Repeat for all 12 shots
The camera knob should lock up after the 12th exposure
At that point, using the knob on the magazine, wind the roll to the end
Removing the insert resets the counter and unblocks the shutter
