For Sale Hasselblad 40mm f/4 Distagon

For sale is a Hasselblad 40mm f/4 Distagon non T*. The lens is in good user condition, the barrel is in great shape with some normal cosmetic wear on the exterior. Focus is smooth and accurate and the shutter and aperture are both working well. The front element has one small light scratch, 3mm long and less than hair thin and some very light blemishes in the coating, less cleaning marks than micro spots, not sure how to describe this but I think any affect on your final image would be minimal at best. The photo of the front element attached makes this look worse than it is and there's also some dust in the shot. The rear element has a few very light cleaning marks and one minute rub mark, less than 1mm. Not a perfect lens but one which I wouldn't hesitate to shoot with. For US buyers I'll provide a week try out period for you to run some film and make sure you're happy. It's difficult or impossible to give a good description of marks on glass, one mans polish mark is another mans massive scratch.
