From what I see a lot of you have used the DaYi backs but I have not seen anyone using the cameras. I just bought a 6x17 camera and it is on it's way. I'm going to use my Caltar II-N 90mm lens on it. I have a 8x20 right now which is a 2.5:1 ratio and the 6x15 mask is the same. so I'm thinking of changing out and using a smaller camera with the same ratio and be able to take it more places. If it goes good, I'm going to sell my 8x20 with a 450mm Nikkor and 4 holders and case. I'' let you all know if I do that.
thanks

The 6x17 DaYi back I have for my 4x5 limits the lens you can use.Because the film sets back and extra inch or so can not use any thing sorter than 120mm.Do check them out closely, they are also kind of a P,I,T.B to use.

I believe there is a Flickr group for these cameras, you might find some users there as well.
