Has anyone altered a rollei for wet collodion?

So I'm thinking of buying another door for my rolleiflex and altering it to be a glass plate holder to try out some little dags or wet collodion. Has anyone trudged this path before?

I believe there is a thread at www.collodion.com/forum about modifying a Rollei. The greatest concern, as I remember it, was the damage the silver nitrate would do to the door and the body of the camera over time.

And while you are nosing around over there, see if you can find the posts by the guy who modified a Holga for wet-plate too.
