Of topic, but I've always wanted to know, and here's my chance: when the British say, "whilst", do they pronounce the "st" at the end? I don't remember ever hearing it.
Looking at travel options (either train or hire car). I'm going to try my hardest to make it.

When I went, the only way I could fit it all into one day was to fly from Southampton. It's not very far from Manchester airport.
Its probably not for me to say but those who have attended in the past seem to have enjoyed themselves and perhaps learned just a little.
Somehow, I don't think the budget will stretch to hiring a plane or helicopter for the day. Plan B is to pack a sleeping bag & tent and camp out in Derbyshire.
