This is pretty good news. Our local photography store has two shelves of paper and chemistry (Even Ilfolab chemistry), and a fridge full of film - but cant seem to find a developing tank to put on the shelf. Ilford's range is effectively useless to the beginner without the required equipment.

I never know what I'll find still being made when I visit even a store that's as comprehensive as B&H. I use and really like all the Patterson gear I have, so it's ongoing availability is very happy news to me. Thanks for the post, Simon.

Now, make them start manufacturing the Orbital processor again... Not for me you understand - I've already got one - but it is such a cool thing I can't understand why everyone doesn't . For colour prints I only dig out the Jobo drums if I absolutely have to - the Orbital is so much more convenient.

Incredible - I tell Simon at focus that I like processing HP5 in Aculux, and barely a month later Ilford arrange to distribute the whole Paterson range for me! I knew I had influence in high places.
