Where does this appear? I couldn't find anything resembling this picture on the IlfordPhoto site?

Thanks

That references Harman Photo, not Ilford Photo. They do offer other products in other aareas.

Is that a phoenix? If so, does it signify the resurrection of a product from the past?

Yes, it is a phoenix - the file name for the image is "PhoenixLogo.svg"

Hartman... daguerreotypes.

No, wait, Kodachrome!

Cibachrome!

Yes - it is a new website address: https://harmanphoto.co.uk/

I had previously tried "harman photo" and couldn't get your picture so I then tried Googling harmanphoto.co.uk as you stated above and still got nothing and yet when I simply clicked on the website you gave me which appears to be the same the "Phoenix " or whatever it is came up???????

It's like a form of "gaslighting" where the victim appears to be imagining things.

Is it a Google issue or something else. Might it only be available outside the U.K.?

Whatever the reason is and assuming I am not going mad it just seems strange that there is no link via IlfordPhoto

The image suggests they are forming a metal band, and that is a sufficiently different business that Ilford can't stop them being Hårman Phötø.

I think it's got to be Cibachrome! To go with all the flood of Fujichrome Velvia that's hitting the shelves!

Definitely a new site. Harman perhaps using the Harman name more than in the past? But the phoenix certainly suggests strongly that this is the reintroduction of a past product or service.

Ilford Dufaycolor? Selochrome? Color Film D? Ilfochrome 100 film? Ilford Platona (platinum) paper?

Perhaps it’s a means to separate from the commercial restrictions the company has when using the Ilford name?
