I bought one of these off e-Bay thinking it would be a direct replacement for my defunct Pz2*44. Well, it arrived today and it isn't and mention of it is a bit scarce on Google. There are two basic problems: the PC synch cable is missing and there's no appparent way if fixing it to the Pz2*44's flash bracket, The latter I'll have to sort out but I'm a bit confuused by the former. There appear to be 2 sockets, one on either side of the flash unit. On the right (facing the flash), there is a recessed rectanglar socket with two pins, which I think might be a recharger socket and on the left there is another socket in the form of a broad "H" )each for a spade terminal) that, having at least seem a photo, must be for the synch cord.
Where on earth can I get one?

A photograph of your flash and its respective parts would be helpfull.

More recent Flashes typically have the PC-cable connector at their hot-foot. It might be a PC connector or a audio-connector.

If it is missing you can use a common PC adapter. This is a hot-shoe/cold-foot adapter with a PC-connector or -cable.

In case there is a syncro-connector at your flash of a uncommon kind, then the firm Paromountcords yield the largest range of adapter cables (hundreds of them).

I'll have to see how I upload photos from my mobile. However doing a search on the net, the only one that looks similar is the "household" terminal for the exit from the flashgun, But I can't find the measurement specifications for the household. The broad "H" I mentioned has its uprights about 13 mm (0.5") apart (between centres) and they are just under 6mm (0.2") high. I can see no electical connection in the crossbar.
What is the "household" connection?

If you haven't found any yet, I have several I cam send you for the cost of postage.
Message me if you're interested.

Tks for the offer, but I've returned ir. It seemed impossible to fing this side of the Atlantic. The best I could find on your side, what with postage and customs clearance would have cost me an arm and a leg:cry:
