Depending on what you read, the Hanimex 300mm f/5.6 Mirror lens here is either 'similar to', 'the same' or 'made on the same production line' as the Osawa, Makinon and/or Spiratone versions of the same 300mm f/5.6... or maybe not as some articles state. The lens will work with a full frame camera or an APS camera as I was using it.
I got this lens to use for lightweight travel where I'm usually carrying 2 little Canon M6mkII bodies and three lenses. I thought having a 480mm f/5.6 might be fun. Despite it super small size and weight (246 grams) I've never actually taken it with me on a trip, only because the two M6 bodies, lenses, a snack and water fit perfectly in a little sling bag.
The glass is great, no scratches or internal fog or fungus and the focus is smooth and even. The lens is kinda fun but its a mirror lens, people either like them or hate them. I've always liked an occasional mirror lens shot when used at the right time.
You will need to get a cheap M42 to whatever camera you want to use it with. I got the Canon EOS-M one for less than $11 on eBay. If you want to use the lens with the Canon M system I can include my adapter for an additional $10 bucks.
