A few weeks ago I picked up one of those Swiffer Dusters at the Supermarket. It is a plastic handle with a replaceable paper or fiber dusting head.
I'm most impressed that it really holds the dust instead of holding some of it and just stirring the rest up into the air to resettle later. It is a good size for getting into all those odd little nooks and crannies around and behind enlargers and darkroom shelves and such.
Seems like a handy weapon in the perpetual battle against dust.

Hmmm... that could be it...

thanks for the tip, I will try one out-beats a shop vac.
It won't replace a shop vac, but its great on all those zillions of items that we all have hanging around on pegboards, counter tops and shelves.

A central vacuum is one of the best ways of controlling dust also.
