I want to use a high ISO film during Halloween night? From each color and black and white, would any suggest any? I was most likely going with Ilford Delta-3200 Professional 135-36 Black & White. However, I waned some opinions and experienced users! Thank you!

Delta 3200 is a 1000 ISO film that has lower than average contrast. This permits you to under-expose it (EI of 1250, 1600 or 3200) and then lengthen development ("push") and boost the contrast of the mid-tones and highlights, at the inevitable expense of loss of shadow detail.

It will work well for Halloween - those deep shadows are appropriately spooky .

Those look nice I hope I have decent results! I'm thinking of using Walgreens or CVS in my city to develop however I'm a little nervous!
