At 35mm canister , there is hairy fiber based material stop light in and stop film scratching. Where can I find similar material for my 6X16 Camera ?

I have used very thin felt. I went to local tailor and asked and they gave me a small scrap for free. This was for a project making KMZ-FT2 canisters with a 3D printer and I needed that little hairy fiber material stop too.

Selyfriday , wonderful helpful post , it must be felt. Thank you very much indeed.

Black velvet has a light absorption factor of about 99.9% and is used extensively in photography for controlling light.

Thank you very much Cliveh. Is 4 mm gap plus velvet ok for 120 roll film plus paper ?
