I am in the process of setting up my darkroom. I have a Haas Intellifaucet D250 which has been unused for several years. Unfortunately the power supply was misplaced and I am now not sure exactly what it looks like or what specs it has.
The Haas site mentions 12V, 23 watts. It doesn't tell me if the + is on the inside pin or the - is. Does anyone have this faucet, and if you do could you let me know what the power supply specs are. Yes, I can contact the company come Monday, but I was hoping to process some film tomorrow.
I, also, use the Itellifaucet D250, and just sent mine back to Hass last week for an overhaul. I sent the power supply along, unfortunately. All I remember about it was that it was a conventional wall wart configuration, and rather large.
12V 3 amp supply should be plenty if it only pulls 23 watts. The next step is finding the correct polarity. You could always open it up and look, should be fairly easily to tell which is which on the circuit board.
I just checked mine and it's a Stancor Model STA-5713
Input: 120V AC 60Hz 30W
Output: 13.5V DC 1.3A
Class 2 Transformer
Plug: Outside is positive, inside is negative
