I was looking through some 3,000 120 negatives from the '70's that I never printed and found some HW and ORWO films that I used. The rest were either Panatomic-X or Agfapan 25.
I had totally forgotten about the H&W. I don't even remember where I bought it.

(one can instead of Phenidone use Dimezone or even Metol and instead of Hydroquinone use Ascorbic Acid which is superadditive with both)
The original H&W formula had some significant problems and microfilm developers have tended to be provide little to no latitude.
The current state-of-the-art in this area is SPUR ( http://www.8x11film.com ) and they have developers for Agfa Copex, Kodak Imagelink and other microfilms.
Thank you for all of the information edz. It's a bit of interesting history. I noted that on at least one roll that I used an alcohol rinse. Where that came from I don't know.
