I can't see how that amount of dust would affect the image. The lens will be completely blind to it and it won't be seen on the negative even as increased 'glow' (it needs to be catastrophically worse for that to happen). It's a second hand camera, if the rest is sound I'd be happy to use it for even the most technically fine work.
I guess that's truly my concern, what impact it would have on the image if any. I have owned many lenses but can honestly say that aside from a few small specs here and there, I've not owned a piece with this amount of dust so I'm just not that familiar.
I appreciate everyone's input. That being said, if anyone has any recommendations on repair companies that might have some experience with these that would be nice to have tucked away. I know they aren't anything too special but it always helps having some familiarity with what you're working with.
