It's a flash cube and he got 4 before popping it off, so it is normal. What amazes me is shot and immediately caught it and put it in his pocket. As I remember, those things were way to hot for that.

Models are always excited when I pull out the big Graflex style flash gun with the old bulbs! And the first thing they always say after the first shot is "I could feel the heat off that thing from all the way back here!"
