Guidance needed for a forced switch into C41RA Chem, without JOBO or MiniLab.

Dear All,
I am an begginer developer and analog photographer! ( have been doing the first in the last year and the later for 6 years now). I recently moved back from Europe to Brazil and the regular C41 kits like the tetenal´s I used to get in Europe are not an option at all here, the only importable ones are the Unicolour( as its powder) from the US but the final price is unjustifiable, also finding CD-4 and DIY not available.

All accounted what seems to be the only option now is buying C41RA chemistry ( designed for minilabs if i am not mistaken). There however multiple things that make the equation harder, first is that I know very little about chemistry and have gone trough two kits of tetenal c41 only( in terms of colour devs)
secondly that I dont have an Jobo( I do all my developing with a Paterson tank and sous vide cooker for temperature) and thirdly is that I have another 300 ft of motion picture colour film (Vision 3, 50D) to go trough ( I did develop it in Tetenal kits removing the remjet after the first rinse post developer and was happy with the results-also - also ECN2 access in Brazil is an nightmare on another level.-),
So all accounted and finding little guidance on similar situations online ( seen a couple posts about RA chem usage in Jobo tanks but for people that were doing 20 rolls a week, whereas id do probs around 10 a month and getting a Jobo isnt an option nor it is to develop in labs around here as I would be financially unviable for me).

All the bells are ringing to quit colour photography, but I just cannot let it go without having a try at the options.

With all this into account and posted to give any further details I seek advice from the more experienced!

C41RA chemistry can be used without a problem in a Patterson tank. The only difference being that the bleach and fix are highly concentrated in order to achieve faster processing in a minilab machine.

Bleach time is only 45 seconds, but can be used for longer without problem as goes to completion.

Fixer time is 1:30, again can extend the time as it goes to completion.

I recommend washes between bleach and fix, and a long wash before stabiliser to preserve chemistry and film

I also usually add an acetic acid stop bath and rinse after the developer, but this is optional

I am sorry for my ignorance, but what do you mean as goes to completion? Do I need to dillute those to achieve longer(more manageable) times or It is relating to the way itself that one mixes the process chemicals in the first place? Or something else-?

I had already looked into Acetic acid and found ´´Glacial Acetic Acid´´-Is that the same?

Also forgo to add that in my previous motion developing I used coffee filters to pour chemistry back

Sorry, what I meant by going to completion is that unlike the developer, you cannot really over-bleach or fix C41 film (up to a point). The RA chemicals are designed to do this job really quickly, but you can extend the times without harming the film.

Glacial acetic acid is concentrated, you will have to dilute, or you can just use normal white vinegar diluted 1:3.

However if you are developing Vision 4 50D, you may wish to try swapping the C41 developer for RA4 (colour paper developer) if you can obtain that. This is closer to the spec for ECN2 in that it uses the correct CD3 developing agent.

3 minutes at 38C should work as a starting point, then follow with the stop bath, rinse, bleach, rinse, fix and wash, stabiliser

I havent been able to find the RA4 but will try the C41RA and post results!
