there were a couple results on ebay but now they're not there. Most of the guys selling gg's on ebay will cut you any size you want.

I sell Ground Glass screens via ebay :D not very often as it's not so good for variable sized items and communication, and they take a high cut. I stock Speed/Crown Graphic and a few other common sizes and I'll make any size I'm asked for at no additional cost (for similar sizes) and will do the odd specials for vintage MF cameras. I keep a small stock of thinner glass for MF and the occasional German 9x12 cameras that can't use 2mm.

To be fair I've kept a low profile the last year or so (family health issues and then moving house) but get a lot of repeat orders for GG screens and also shutter cloths/curtains - I supply a leading US restorer, there's a lot of shutter cloth in 7x5 Portrait Graflex's.

Price wise I always undercut the US sellers (of modern new screens), since Dave Parker - Satin Snow (US), and Geert (GVB) in Belgium, stopped making screens the US glass rocketed in price. I'd rather be fair than mercenary.

Hi Ian, it is very glad to know you sell gg, I have a horseman 985 6x9 camera, I was trying to adjust the focus screen but unfortunately broken the gg. Do you sell that screen?

Ian, would you be able to make a 2mm glass with bevelled edges and a very uniform grind, preferably finer than 40 microns, without bright spots, to be used for a masking application, placed in the negative carrier of an enlarger? Ideally, the non-ground surface to be antireflective coated, but plain is ok. I am also looking for a 2mm flashed opal glass, if you have any tips, please share.

Bill Maxwell has long offered focusing screens for medium and large format cameras, wonderful screens which are super bright! Decades ago I was taking a commercial photography lighting workshop and someone had one on his monorail...I bought one for my Horseman LS.

Not sure if he still offers them, but on Facebook he still has a listing
