Hi! im new to apug and ive been shooting film photography for about 2 years now. but i havent shot anything for a while until recently. film developing prices are too much... so im going to try to develop black and white film. the developing tank is currently in the mail!
Well done and a belated welcome. I've been reading some of your postings. You will find once you start processing you'll never look back. It is a great feeling to know the image created is all due to you.
Welcome to APUG from Milton
All of supplies for b/w film, developing and printing available at Burlington Camera.
I just have my third tank from them one week ago.
Main Henry's Store have limited selection and Downtown Camera nearby have more.
Once you'll get used to b/w developing, color isn't much different.
C-41 developing kits are available on-line from Canada and USA.
Greetings from a former Toronto-dweller! I first started developing my own film about 10 years ago (when I moved back to Toronto) and I can't believe I waited so long to do it. Other than slides, which I rarely shoot, I develop everything myself. I think you'll be glad you made the switch.
