I just wanted to pass along my thoughts about one of our new subscribers, Praus Productions. I recently sent them an order of 20 4x5 Fuji Acros to develop. I mailed the negatives from Hawaii, and Praus turned around the order in just about a day. The cost was quite good as well; $1.75 a sheet. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Since this is the first B&W I have done in about 15 years, I'll work on getting something scanned for show.
Thanks Kevin, I'm not if I will make this a regular practice or not.
Actually, I was very happy with the work that Parus did, so I will send more their way - but, I'm not sure when I will send another order, I can't see B&W replacing my regular Velvia. Since it has been many years, I'm not sure how good the negatives are, they look good to my untrained eye - not too dark and not too light.
BTW, some of the images I took were in Bright and Mt Buffalo, in Victoria.
