I haven't read the article yet, but I do know the 'discovery' of Kaiti stems from an earlier date. I believe to recall his first show was in Europe in 1997, nine years ago.

On largeformatphotography.info there is an interesting discussion going on about his work and the ownership thereof. Hmm, the art world showing itself at it's ugliest once more, just for those who have not yet understoond what it's about.
