Graphic View I 4x5 lens board question

I rigged together a lens board for my GV monorail, the lensboard fell out and it's destroyed so I need to get the actual lensboard.

What size square is the actual lens mount board and what size hole do I need for a Synchro-Compur shutter with a Schneider 180mm 5.6? I'm away from the camera on the other side of the country and won't have time to come home and make measurements before I get back on the road.

Also whoever I bought that Speed Graphic Ektar 127 from that had shutter speed issues I fixed it and it's a real winner on that camera now that I got it mounted.

They're the same as Graphic View II and they look like the photos below. Your shutter is "probably" a Copal #1 (41.6mm) but I can't remember for certain.

What size square is the actual lens mount board

4 inch square -a few thousands at most. Bottom edge beveled 45°.

what size hole do I need for a Synchro-Compur shutter with a Schneider 180mm 5.6?

Shutter mount threaded section 39mm, mount ring lip 42mm. The lip of the mount ring faces the shutter and seats into the lens board.
