Graphic Chemical & Ink co - direct order, anybody?

I placed a direct order with Graphic Chemical & Ink awhile ago (bromoil inks) and so far I've had no notification that they have shipped nor charges to my credit card, and my attempts to contact them (through email, I haven't phoned) haven't garnered any response. I can see the order on their website if I log in with my name / email and it says processed, but like I said - no credit card charge, no notification that it's shipped.

Have any of you successfully ordered directly from them before?

Yes, I've ordered directly from their website...also Bromoil inks.
This was several years ago and I don't remember exact details, but I definitely got what I ordered, and I don't remember having any problems.
