I have had Steve's do work on a couple of cameras and lenses including repair and CLA for a Speed Graphic and its 127 on a flash supermatic shutter. Very, very pleased with the work on the body. I didn't check the shutter timing when I got it back approximately two years ago, though, but recently tested it and found it to be off more that I thought I should expect. To be very clear, I'm not blaming Steve's at all because the shutter sat for two years with zero use which may have had some adverse effect. Only to try another shutter repairer, and not to avoid Steve's, I sent it to Flutot's, and today opened to box to test it (to respond to this thread actually). All speeds are within 1/3 stop except 1/400 (as should be expected) -- which improved on the previous accuracy. Turn-around was very prompt, and price was very reasonable. Just want to add her name to the list along with Steve's to provide two good places to go, in my opinion.

If you want to try it yourself you can download a copy of the Graphex Shutter repair manual here:http://www.southbristolviews.com/pics/Graphic/manual-pdf/GraphexShutterService.pdf
The assembly instructions for the #1 shutter are out of sequence so follow the steps for the #2-#3 shutters. The #1 does not use all the parts used in the #2 and #3 so skip those steps.
Its a fairly easy shutter to service with the manual.
