I'm looking for a way to convert my (camera-scanned) color-film negatives to positive images. The combination of Grain2Pixel and Photoshop seems a possible solution, and I downloaded free trial versions of both.
Then I got stuck at about 1:10 minutes of Grain2Pixel's guide video #1, where the speaker says to "press thine" or something like that - but I can't understand what he means. In any case, I do think this is supposed to start an action. Being new to Photoshop, I looked into Adobe's help for actions. and found a mention of an Actions tab.
But I couldn't find such a tab in the Photoshop Elements window, so I started wondering: are actions included in Photoshop Elements? I have no real idea of how different Photoshop Elements is from Photoshop (proper). It just occurred to me that this might be something that is different.
Can anybody help? I haven't used Photoshop before, so I'm quite at a loss. Are actions possible in Photoshop Elements? If they are, how does one create them? What is the "thine" that you press?
