I'll give a description to help in assessing condition. Description is simply my opinion and with realization that others may describe differently. Regardless, entire Outfit is sold As-Is/No returns.
XL body has engraving "AV Services". All three lens barrel mounting lugs are intact. Photo shows representative lug. All 3 look the same. Lugs engage smoothly and hold barrel without slop. Lens lock button works smoothly and locks well. Rangefinder reset button appears to function normally. Rangefinder worked fine for me when last used with 80mm lens. 40mm lens requires focus set by scale on barrel. Rangefinder is slightly offset in vertical plane, the horizontal plane in which image moves is fine. Easy to tell when in focus. Viewfinder is bright and appears clear although some purple coloration shows at outer frame of viewfinder window; cannot be seen through viewfinder window.
80mm lens requires ClA. Glass appears mostly clear and intact with some dust. No scratches to my eye. No fungus that I can see. Shutter works form 1/30 to 1/500 with an audible progression of speeds. Speeds from 1/15 and slower are slow. "B" works. Press focus works. Have not checked flash synch.
40mm lens uses a Graflex barrel and a custom heavy aluminum mount. Was from Bronica 6x6 and I think that it covered 6x7 OK, but just with low corner resolution. Requires scale focusing and a scale was bonded to barrel. Glass has both dust and lint, mostly where the lens is separated to mount into shutter. Definitely needs cleaning. Dust/Lint is exactly how I remembered it when I bought the lens. I used it as is even though it needed a cleaning. No more dust/lint has appeared so I doubt it's fungus. Does not appear to have haze. Even though front lens is almost past the filter ring, there are no marks or scratches to my eye apparent on it. Filter ring is dinged and will not accept a fliter, though I don't know if you can put a filter on without vignetting. Additional f stop numbers were boded to barrel past where focus scale was bonded, for yet unknown reason. Perhaps a depth of field guide? additional f stop numbers were engraved into outside of filter ring for unknown purposes. Focus scale covers from 3 feet to infinity. Shutter speeds appear mostly OK. 1 sec. sounds to be 1 and 1/4 or 1 and 1/2 sec. The 1/2 sec. setting may also be slow; sounds to the ear like 1/2 or a little slower. Flash synch not checked; press focus works good.
All three backs have operational controls. All dark slides slide smoothly even one on 6x9 back that has crack. Crack does not admit light. Felt seals on all backs appear good but are very old and probably should be replaced. inserts appear clean.
RH8 6x9 back is knob wind. Does has rollers by film gate.
RH10 6x7 back is lever wind. Uses 120 or 220.
RH12 6x6 back is lever wind.
