I haven't used this, but the mechanism appears to work and the unit is in good condition. For Graflex backs.

it looks like the flange is small, for a 2x3 or 3x4 camera ... and hard to find ...
( makes me wish i had a baby graphic ! )

Sure looks like it's for a 3x4. The plate looks too small for a 4x5, but bigger than 2x3.

The plate measures 4 1/4 wide, and 6 inches tall.
ON the back it says Graflex - 3 1/4 x 4 1/4.
So it's for a 3x4.
