I don't see anything to be disappointed with. D-23 isn't what I'd usually think of as an acutance developer, but I've never used it diluted, only replenished.

If your leaf and focal plane shutters agree on both of the Speeds, it's time to put a roll film holder on one or the other and go make some good photos.

I do agree, it is time to start doing more than just fiddling and testing. I need to get a little more serious and see what can really be done with these cameras.

I'll keep my eyes open for a roll film holder but I have quite a bit of sheet film so I'll move forward with that for now.

For the fun of it, here is one from my 1941 Graflex RB Series B with the #31 5 1/2 inch Kodak Anastigmat. Used a yellow filter to boost contrast.

Scan of the first enlargement that came from my cobbled together Intrepid 4x5 Enlarger this morning. It only took 3 hours.
